Design/code Pop-Up box for my website.

Hello, Need a very nice and professional Pop-Up box for my website. When they click buy now, it should show the payment options in a nice way, should have Checkout form/summary heading, should be a box, then another box behind it, that has the heading on it and maybe my logo, needs to have the price / item type they have select to buy, need to have "continue" button in my sites theme. Box for them to enter their email address and wording under the continue button. [login to view URL] Is what I have done so far, looking for much better, I don't know any special / cool looking code to use, I know nothing about code and I did this in 20minutes. I need something MUCH better. This part of my website is really important, it decides if a customer continues with their purchase or they leave the site thinking it's untrustworthy. I have a test page set up on my website, with the code available for the work done so far, This should only cost $30-50AUD if you use my current code and just make it much better. MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER. Make it unique, professional, simple and smart. Easy to read, easy to know what to do, etc.
