Blackberry Billable Minutes Tracker

I am looking to create an app compatible with modern Blackberry's that will track the amount of billable minutes used. I want the app to be able to track billable minutes according to certain inputs from the user. For example, the user can choose what time their free evenings start, what time the billable day starts, what day of the month their billing starts, per second billing, be able to list FREE numbers that do not get calculated..etc. All of this will result in the output of: - Total minutes - Total outgoing - Evening/Weekend - Free Number Minutes - Chargeable Minutes - Chargeable Outgoing I need the app to be user friendly and be ale to use the BlackBerry Phone Logs to receive info about minutes used...If the app could update automatically that would be a feature I would like to see as well if possible.
