Desktop Publisher to Create/update layout of book using Adobe in-design -- 2

We require a very good desktop publisher to complete redesign the interior of our manuscript book of about 200 pages or more. Chapter 1-12 have been completed. The original format was done in adobe indesign and converted to pdf. so this original format must be maintained and edited to include the additional update. There are also additional content. This will cause the pages and numbering to change. You will add the content and ensure the format is maintained in terms of layout. We would like to maintain the layout if possible except you have a better layout. Images or diagrams must be redrawn with quality psi. The additional content update will only cover chapter one of the book. All other chapters do not need too many changes. Only possibly few deletions and few additions. You must renumber the headings and sub-headings and the pages because of the additional content. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE ADOBE INDESIGN OR DO NOT HAVE PDF EDITOR. PLEASE DO NOT BID. In a nutshell, you will be the renumbering, redesign some images, add content and provide a good format including the table of content update etc. This must be completed within 7 days.
