Book cover (pseudo 1)

Hi, I would like to ask check if you cann design a "theoretical" cover for a book. Theoretical means, we (a group of father) do not really want to publish a book but rather publish a persiflage on an exiting book in Germany (on the web). The girl that you see on the pictures attached should be at the age of 16 oder 17. In order to avoid possible IP conflicts with publisher, the girl should also look different. However, the style of the picture should be the same. We would provide further details on the content if you can accecpt the project. Please let us also know, the buget we set (based on 2 hours) is sufficient. We have not clue how much time it takes. Kind regards Sven
