Children's book illustrations. Hand done or a combination of hand and IT generated illustrations. Focus on people and cityscape. Vibrant lively images, yet not with any particular 'kidish' look. 30/34 pages, including cover/back design. Target age 5 to 9 year old children. The ability to properly manage adding of text, and converting all files to meet the requierments of Kindle Publishing (Kindle Kid's in this case). Self-Published project Lower flat fee is offered, and $1.00 per sale indefinatly, while distribution/sales are managed by me, the orignal contractor. Copyrights to the images remains with the artist so that if the book is picked up by a publisher, artist can be properly included in financial gains. Book to be sold in an outdoor market with approx. 700k visitors yearly, most of whom are tourists. There are 3 other authors successfully making a full time living selling in this market. Only one is selling a children's book. This story is set in the same city it will be sold in (where the market is). A professionally managed website will be created in January to support the sale of this book, and others as those are completed. Future colborations may be available. My first book was published in 2015, and that is not a children's book. $1000.00 One Thousand Dollars US is offered and royalties from the first sale onward.
