Assist me with Bulk Marketing

Hi I need a Interspire server with all addons powerMTA and other stuff. The server should be able to send out 500k emails per day. Please ensure about the inbox delivery and about the spam rate. I need a perfect solution to it. Also please let me know for sending out this much amount of emails what is the surety that server will keep sending emails to the inbox and also do let me know that how many ips should we rotate between. We have 3 positions open for this place. Thankyou
