Hello, I need someone to design my email HTML message ad and send it to my 19,000+ email list ASAP. I need these emails to go out as quickly as possible. I will provide the list and the text for the mail, and you blast out the emails. This is a pretty straight forward project. You will need to use unique IPs, because I need to make sure my message gets delivered and not placed into the spam box. You will need to use your servers and reply to address.
