Bulk Email list of American Churchs (+ Canadian, Mexican if available)

We are looking for a compiled list with about 7000+ entries of all the Christian churches from USA, and ideally from Canada and Mexico as well. The list should contain the name of the church, church address, phone number and email address. Preferably it will also contain the Church denomination. THE EMAIL ADDRESS IS MANDATORY. The list should have been compiled within the last 12 months or so. We are seeking an already compiled list, not to pay for the time it takes to collect the data. Project budget is $40.
