Scope of work:
1. Input new data from excel (approximately 550 records) to SalesForce (Enterprise Edition), ensuring compatible mapping. The data is pretty vanilla. Our record fields are:
• Company name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State
• Postal Code
• Main Business Phone
• Website
• Contact Last Name
• Contact First Name
• Contact Title
• Contact Primary Phone
• Contact Mobile Phone
• Contact Email
• Notes
• Lead Source 1
• Lead Source 2
• Lead Source 3
• Lead Source 4
• Marketing Campaign
2. "Clean up" current out-of-the-box configuration (hiding functions we don't need to see, enabling any required functions that are currently disabled) including definition of lead import.
2. Integrate Salesforce with Constant Contact based on Constant Contact's API - ensuring mapping of contacts.
3. Evaluate (& Install) an Event Registration application (eg: Eventbrite Connector, Acteva RSVP, Event Management 3.0 - must integrate with Paypal) and possibly determine how event listings & registration will connect to current or future website.
4. Training - a walk through of basic day-to-day user functionality for our team of 4.
Please note that this is phase 1 of a 4 phase project. Preferences will be given to those familiar with CiviCRM. At least 3 references are required.
