The Product An integrated Legal Case Management system used by lawyers. The candidate should have a proven track record and be able to work out of a Leeds office. Must have access to transport as travel to meetings will be required. Must be confident over the phone and able to problem solve. PLACE: The product can be used globally. The rate of return is great or put differently, the cost of use is negligible to the financial gain it brings PROMOTION: 1. Global marketing via mass marketing techniques 2. Localized Marketing via trade shows, events, freelancers Main Responsibilities • Reporting to the M.D. • Supervising Marketing Team • Co-coordinating Freelancers throughout the world • Negotiate contracts • Be the pivotal point where all polices and co-ordination is done • Train new recruits and supervise them Other Responsibilities (as and when they are required) • liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations; • communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; • sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign; • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs; • writing and proofreading copy; • liaising with designers and printers; • organising photo shoots; • arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials; • maintaining and updating customer databases; • organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions; • sourcing and securing sponsorship; • conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups; • contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies; • managing budgets; • evaluating marketing campaigns; • monitoring competitor activity
