AdWord Campaign Management using Voucers and VCC's

I am looking for someone who is an Adwords expert. I need you to setup 2 adwords accounts, and run campaigns for 4/5 ads 200-500 kw's per account. I need this account to be funded by VCC and Vouchers. You turn over full functional account, approved, and running ads and delivering clicks after setup. You will fully explain all steps necessary so we can repeat this task on an ongoing basis and I can pay you each time new accounts need to be setup. You must be familiar with how to run these campaigns so I don't have to change my main 2 domains. I would require you to be available for me to re-order from each time the balance is depleted, so I can use a fresh account w/ fresh Voucher credit You must be available via Skype to discuss any issues for our first few projects until I'm comfortable with the process.
