I am looking for the creation of a website that will generate between $40 and $50 daily on a long-term basis: 9 months + If everything goes as plan and per description I will definitely consider growing this to more sites. First of all I do not have an approved Adsense account yet. I will therefore link my account to the page created by you. Secondly, you must research a niche and keywords etc. Following this you have to come up with a domain name that would attract users and is appropriate for the chosen keyword(something which would rank well will of course help). I will register the domain and provide you access to the hosted platform. The result has to be a fully operational and online site. The website has to generate the amount of money daily with no involvement of my part. Rules/ for the development of this site (and future sites): • Write the SEO optimized content. • Configure and update the website as needed to continue the generation of the amount of money on a long term (minimum 6 months). • You are free to choose the “technology” > I would prefer Wordpress. • Provide me with a clear, and precise overview of your plan before we start, some sample articles would be helpful for me to make my choice. • The content should be unique! • I want a minimum of one unique article every week (min 300 words). • All traffic must be 100% organic! No bots, automated, trading, paid services etc. • NO illegal methods to stimulate traffic and clicks. • Generating $40-$50 on a daily basis. • No infringing on adsense rules (violence, pharma, gambling, adult etc) • I will retain the ownership of the copy- which can be emailed weekly, or shared in a dropbox folder. • Site should be Adsense optimized • Nice, attractive, web2.0 design that stimulates people to click ads. • Must contain related images to niche topic (Pictures / Video must be legal without any copyright issues at any stage) All the traffic and ads clicks must be 100% within all google adsense terms of service. Payment Suggestion: You place a bid for four months (90 days) Day 7 - Creation of Site (10%) Day 14 - Approval of Adsense account - as linked to the site (10%) Day 30 - First indication of Adsense Earnings (20%) Day 60 - First Actual Adsense Earnings (20) Day 90 - Earnings matching the requirement of generating $40$50 per day (40%) I would like to see examples from earlier projects (domain names). I would like to understand how you direct and stimulate any traffic(Remember WHITE HAT ONLY METHODS). You must research niche & keywords that will attract users and is appropriate for chosen keyword. I will buy the domain name related to your niche research. My site must be fully operational and online generating the minimum required amount of cash for me daily with no intervention on my part. All practices must maintain my account in good standing. I would like to receive weekly statistics via Google Analytics (I will provide you the code to capture in site) The most experienced freelancer will be chosen.
