Adsense website or blog that makes 40-50 US$ per day

I search for an SEO exepert freelancer, that can make one adsense website or wordpress blog, to generate earnings between 40-50* US dollars/day, for long term (3+ years). *When I say 40-50 USD/day I understood that sometimes the earnings/day can be lower than 40US$, and sometimes can be higher than 50US$/day. But at the end of the month the average must to be between 40-50 US$/day. The website or blog showld require minimum maintenance or NO maintenance at all.
