CEO Consulting SEO & SEM Project2

SEO & SEM project for an Australian start up company. Company is a professional business and franchise consulting firm, operating mainly in the Australian market. Need a talented online marketer to build SEO rankings (white hat) and develop and run PPC/Adwords campaigns. Key focus of campaign will be to promote under keywords related to franchising (in Australia) and CEO/Advisory Board support ( more details to be provided to successful Freelancer) I have had some bad experience before with freelancers in this area so i have some specific requirements for this project - do not apply if you cannot meet them: - must have perfect english language skills, written and verbal - must provide weekly reports on results and ideas (via email + weekly meeting via Skype) - must be familiar with the Australian B2B (business) market - mut be prepared to have some payment based on success of your work (so will pay an hourly rate + milestone success fees) - want someone who can work directly with me and move quickly..and will do the work themselves not pass it off Website is being developed and will be up in 4 weeks.
