Car Related Forums with Signature Links

We are looking for someone to find mechanic and car related forums that allow DOFOLLOW signature links with custom anchor text to a client's website. 10 - 20 great forums/sites are all we need.
Must be strong sites with PR3 or above, low Alexa. These sites must allow signature line links to be appended to the forum thread posts / replies.
Also, strong websites that allow custom links or even dofollow URL link are allowed. They have to be related to car repair.
We would like majority of forums and websites to be centered, or have a component, of auto repair and maintenance.
NO forums where the link is appended to the personal bio / profile page
NO unrelated forums
FYI: In terms of forums, these must be signature links. We don't want forums where we can paste links into the post itself, but rather the automatically appended signature line.
