Create an AdSense site/blog that makes $100 per day

Note: This is NOT a project for black hats, fake traffic, or click bidders. Serious, professional, and committed bidders only, please. Project overview: • As a web developer myself, I have an extensive knowledge of PHP, MySQL, cPanel, XHTML, JavaScript, Java, CSS, as well as the WordPress platform. If you are willing to help me I will do everything I possibly can to make this project a reality. I still do expect a full effort to be given from you at all times. Just because I say I will help does not mean I will not expect you to contribute. • What I am asking for is a very professional and reliable Google AdSense website creator that is able to create an AdSense website that must generate at least USD$100+ revenue per day using clean white hat genuine traffic to generate revenue on the long term basis (Multiple years). Site MUST: • ADHERE TO ADSENSE TOS 100%. No exceptions whatsoever. • Always be under my ownership and control. • Be developed in WordPress. • Be neat, professional, AdSense optimized, and have a light background. • Be of any niche (except pornographic, hate-related, violent, illegal content, pharmaceutical, and gambling related niches). I would prefer a niche that has something to do with technology. • Be original. • Be SEO and use SEO marketing as required. • Contain related images to niche topic. • Contain unique content with at least 100 unique posts/articles that are not published yet. • Generate at least USD$100+ revenue per day through Google AdSense. • Have a domain name that you suggest. I will own and register the domain. I will also own and host the website. • Have all copyrights assigned to me in writing. • Have ORIGINAL content suggested and written by you. You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content. • Not contain or utilize any encrypted scripts or files. • Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites, must use white hat SEO which will bring traffic on the long term). • Use my AdSense and analytics account. Payment: • I will pay the bid amount only AFTER I see a constant income as specified above in my AdSense account. • No partial payments. When project is verified to be complete, you will be paid in full. • Payment will be held for 45 days until I am sure the work has been properly done. Addition information required before project launch: • Provide overview plan before starting the project. • Show me some of your previous website/blogs that you already created (that must not be your own) and proof of income after 30 days of launching the website. This should include day by day statics (Unique visitor, unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked, etc.). • Tell me how you will grow traffic to this website and how it will be consistent regular traffic over the long term (Multiple years). Final notes: • Do not bid if you are not 100% committed about making this project a reality.
