I'm new to freelancer.com. but I am excited to be part of it.
My first job was a tech support rep for a dsl acct. It was a difficult start because I'm not very technical savvy. this job as taught me all the basics of the call center, how to communicate, how to instruct without being condescending, how to work with racist customers, how to be analytical and creative.
My next job was a customer rep for a mobile account in Australia for almost 2years. T^he job has humbled me and has taught me to be extra patient with customers. it was different from my previous job because, the company focuses more on what the customers will say about the company.
the job also taught me how to interpret bills, handle complaints, transact and negotiate with customer disputes.
It was a new experience because i have understood how mobile world works, from sms, mms, voicemails and gprs.
I can say , I am capable of the jon though, this would be a new experience for me, I'm willing to learn about the task.
