I am a start up wine importer, primarily focussing on importing Australian and New Zealand wines for sale to the restaurant market in Gothenburg, Sweden (initially). I require help in coming up with some accurate market requirements and trends for the purpose of inclusion in my start up business plan and to refine my initial portfolio to the needs of the market. This is a very small project, with the hope of gathering research from about 30 top restaurants around Göteborg for my marketing needs. Ideally I am looking for someone based in Gothenburg, Sweden able to collect data through either a questionnaire or telemarketing. Look forward to your reply.
