Assist me with Bulk Marketing

We are launching a new venture which allows customers book services like lawn-mowing and plumbing online. We want to build a good marketing automation framework around this so we keep the customers engaged when they have subscribed with us. What I am looking for in this gig: - Beautifully designed email templates with actual content for the following (I have provided hints for the content, you can google search and find topics of interest and put them in the emails). - We are integrating everything with Zoho CRM - so would be good if you can design these emails in Zoho CRM itself. - Setup Automation workflows in Zoho CRM to send these emails on various triggers (user signing up, user subscribing to service, buying a one time service etc). Other triggers could be time-based (like 3 days after registration etc). The details of the workflow are presented in the attachment below. I will provide further clarifications as needed for email content etc. These are the following types of emails that need to be created. Newsletters: Welcome email, Newsletter#1, Newsletter#2, #Newsletter3 Registered users: Registration confirmation email, Discounted Offer email #1, Discounted Offer Email #2, Discounted offer email #3 Paid Subscription Users: Purchase confirmation email, Subscription confirmation email, Service Invoice email, Service Reminder email, Subscription Confirmation, First Subscription Reminder, Subscription Renewal Reminder, Cancel Subscription Confirmation email, Come-back#1 email, Come-back#2 email, Cancel appointment confirmation email. In terms of skill sets - I am looking for excellent design and creativity skills while designing these email templates. I would want each of these emails to have some creative humor to entice customers to share these on social media. I am fine if you do not have Zoho CRM skills/automation skills and would like to only bid for creating emails. Please mention so in the bid and we can talk further.
