BULK EMAIL MARKETING Project Description: I need an email marketing campaign that will drive business to my company. I market insurance to the construction industry throughout the USA. I will require the email database, an application for the responders to complete, and email blast twice monthly with various copy to induce people to complete the application so we may quote business. and list to go with the campaign, I will provide the copy, you will put it into a format and build an simple application that the prospects will complete, which is then automatically emailed to me for quoting. The Success Bidder: Will provide an estimate of the size of the database that he/she can provide, and prove the ability to provide the components and delivery of the email blasts on a regular basis. The proposal is to provide the initial set up and ongoing email blast and campaign improvements over there 12 months. Components to the Project:  Database development of General and Artisan Contractors though out USA. The goal overtime is have develop a very comprehensive list of contractors and artisan contractors throughout the USA  Creation of the advertisement or email page to be sent (Content by Pascal)  Online Application that when completed send an email to me for quoting. (Landing Pages). Overtime there will be multiple customized landing pages for certain key classes of business.  Opt In and Out, CAM-Spam requirements guidance  Twice per month email blasts Database Development: I need you to develop a database of contractors and artisan contractors throughout the USA. This database is to be improved over time to insure that we have a complete and accurate list. Key class codes are: Roofing Contractors. Advertisement or Cover Page of the email Blast: We will provide copy with your guidance, overtime it may be important to develop specialized covers for each class of business that we wish to attract, sample provided. Bulk Marketing Frequency: I am looking to run add twice a month and am willing to pay $100 per run, on-going 12 month contract Can-Spam Laws Compliant: I need you do direct me on how to create an opt-in list, and be spam law compliant.
