Bring me clients for ml model

I need somewone to get me clients for an ensemble of models for predictions in Python.

I appreciate that this interesting ensemble is one of the most interesting at this moment. It is designed for regression tasks but could be modified also for classification tasks.

It could be also used with a single learner, multiple performance metrics could be [url removed, login to view] it has root mean squared error and variance explained.

It supports most of sklearn models, and on demand I could also add neural network model, but I preffer not to do that cause despite the fancy name I found it unstable .

I would give 30- 40% of the earnings obtained from each client.
