Bulk E-Mailing Project with 3 Cycles

I need someone to send out 33k emails three times over a 30-day period. Each cycle needs to bew able to track Number of emails sent; the number (and which emails) that hit the inbox; the number (and which emails) that were NOT opened; the number (and which emails) that WERE opened; the number (and which emails) that were clicked through.
I will supply the email addresses via an Excel file. I will also supply the email copy, via an html responsive email template.
What I need from you is a bid that will cover all three email sendings over that 30-day period (during August 2016).
