CSS, HTML and AJAX work on website

We are running a adult tube site and are in need of alterations of the design. We're looking for someone who can work with us long term, but we'll start of with a few smaller task to see how you perform and how well we communicate. Please specify your hourly wage when bidding on this project since we're looking for someone who can work on a hourly basis for us. You should be available on one of the major IM services when working, and be able to communicate very well in written english. Ok, so here's what need to be done; Website: tube 24 dot com (WARNING: Adult material) 1. Change the borders around the video preview pictures to something more appealing. Our idea is to have rounded edges and a colour that match the site. 2. We need to change the layout of the "tag browsing" box that's currently located at the top of the site. We would rather want an AJAX box with the tags sliding down under the meny, and kept floating at the top of the site even as you scroll down (always at top). 3. Add a star next to "BOOKMARK US". Should look good.. Thank you!
