HI guys! I am looking to develop a desktop APP for League of legends as hosted by Riot games. RIOT provides full API access for free. So that shouldn't be a problem. What we are trying to achieve is to have a constantly running app which lets users see their progress in the game at any time on their desktop. The programming language is NOT bound to the ones mentioned in the advert, but those are the preferred ones as we have knowledge in those to continue development. We are looking for a low price, to include full rights to the created software, including developer rights, intellectual rights and sole commercial rights. The developer will NOT be allowed to host this app themselves and they will not be allowed to make any profit of it other than the original payment from us for the creation. The requirements are as follow: As you can see from the attached image, we are looking for a application that can be snapped to the desktop or task bar, and can be selected to always be on top. It should source information from the RIot API as displayed in the image. We want this api to be standalone executable as we already know what type of installer we want to use. Hi, is C# as development language ok for you? C++ is a little overkill here. And with Java there are some troubles attaching it to the taskbar. With Python it might be possible but most certainly it's harder than with C# (or any other dotNet language). Best regards spOt - innovative coding team
