Android Live Wallpaper Design

This project requires a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Non-compete agreement to be signed Must be properly coded, well documented and formatted for proper submission to the Android app store All code, apk, art, application rights, etc. will be owned solely by Employer and may not be reused without my express written consent. Must have experience developing Android Apps for successful submission to the Android App Store. Android Live Wallpaper experience is a plus. Must provide bug fixes and updates for a minimum of 6 months. Amount of support offered will be considered when selecting the winning bid. Should have experience with graphic design to design the background and the moving parts. I am looking for top quality graphics. Application must be all original work and must not use protected or copyrighted material Please submit samples of similar work that you have completed along with your bid. You must respond with the phrase “Ready to Go” in your bid or your offer will not be accepted. I expect good communication during the project to ensure the product is designed to meet expectations. Application requirements (subject to change throughout project): Android live wallpaper for Android Version 2.1 and above(designed to work and display properly on all phones/tablets running the Android platform) Menu with following settings options: Change colors, enable/disable sound, adjust frequency of animations/actions. (more options may be added during project as necessary) Winning bidder will design background, animations, App icon, sound, etc. as well as coding the application completely Wallpaper and objects will interact and perform specified actions upon user touch Must minimize power consumption to alleviate unnecessary battery drain Exact project details will be provided to winning freelancer. I am looking to establish a good working relationship with a freelancer in this area to develop many more applications in the near future.
