Dictionary for Mobile Phones

We need an Java (Java 2 Micro Edition (J2ME™) (J2ME)) application working on Symbian phones (Nokia, Samsung, Sony Erickson,…) and Blackberry. The application should work on the devices which have Java Virtual Machine) We have a MS-Word file of Dictionary (total content in English) and want to get it converted to J2ME or other suitable format for use in Mobile phones running Java. These are pharmaceutical terms (little over 3000 number) having descriptive meanings provided for each word/term. Can provide conversion to MS Access database of the content if taking from MS Word is a problem or expensive. Deliverables: Executable file and Full source code with comments.
