Android (Java) IP text transfer

I would like a software to transmit data to the PC using an android device. Data transmission is via wifi. Code is Java. A rough idea of what I am looking for is Gmote (<[url removed, login to view]>). But mine is a LOT simpler. I just need to transfer Left, Right and "A" key strokes.
I need two software developed (these will work with each other as you will see). Both software are to be written in Java. I am using the Eclipse IDE for this - your code must be compatible.
1. On android device, Software that has "left" command button and "right" command button and a "A" command button. When pressing this, the text "Left" and "Right" and "A" is sent to a known IP address - which the user must enter on first launching the software. This IP address corresponds to the IP address of the computer on the WIFI network, to which the "Left" and "Right" strings are to be sent to.
2. On PC. A simple software that reacts to incoming "Left" and "Right" strings via phone. On Receiving "Left", the mouse pointer is made to move to the left by 1 pixel. On Receiving "Right" the mouse is moved to the right by 1 pixel. On receiving "A", the keyboard button press "A" is sent to whatever is on the screen.
On the application screen, there is a label showing the PC IP address and a label to say if the phone is connected to the PC. There is a also a "help" button which launches a new window with the label "Help text."
They must close cleanly. and have ultra basic design. I would not like the software to do anything more or less. Comments are a must!
Please note, I am going to test this in Windows 7, 64bit.
