Billiard Game Development

HI, I need a billiard game similar to miniclip's 8 ball. Has to be up to that level in graphic quality. The game will be installed on my drupal 7.2 run website. The game will be accessible to members and guests, registered members of my site will earn points for every win and there should be a weekly/monthly ranking to be displayed on the site. The Game must have 3 Categories: 1. 8 ball - Single play/Multiplay 2. 9 ball - Single play/ Multiplay 3. Snooker - Single play/Multiplay General options: 1. Can be played by Registered players of my site and Guests 2. Registered players Vs Guests 3. Registered players Vs Registered Players 4. Registered Players Vs himself (single mode/practice mode) 5. Registered Players Vs Computer(Single mode) 6. Like miniclip's multiplayers it should be able to auto select who is free to play and request match with that person (Registered or Guests) 7. Tournaments between Registered Players only. (Types of Tournaments will be emailed later) 8. Players Ranking (registered users only) on every win to be displayed under name 9. Top 3 Players Rank to be Displayed on Site/Game 10. Should be realistic pool/ball movements and cue stroke/power. 11. Be creative add your own options.
