Click-to-call interface for my customers

Midwest SIP has a SIP voip softswitch that can make calls using http post function. I want the ability to sell the html or popup window to my clients for monthly fee and lock the destination number. The clients customer will then enter their phone number and my system connects the calls together. I also want to hide the username/password from being public. Flash/java?
