Digital Signage Player

I need a digital signage player suite solution. I am currently using a system but require an exclusive solution for my company for redistribution. The Player. The player software will reside on a local single board PC or thin client at the screen. It will be capable of playing back file formats including flash, mpeg, jpeg, windows media player formats. The playback screen will be capable of beibg divided into three predetermined layouts so that different advertising will be displayed. The content server, This will be a package that will control the local player to deliver the content at pre determined times or on the fly. It should be scalable and capable to deliver the content to one or more players, hundreds or thousands. Capability for an RSS information feed is also required.
