Android Notes@TheCloud

I want an Android developer who has already implemented some projects, and knows how to use Maven with Android to bid on this project. The application to be created, will be a simple Notes application that will allow a user to save/edit/create small text notes on the cloud (either using GMail account, or even Facebook account). I am looking on a simple app where a user could create a few notes using this application on his **mobile**, those notes will be stored in Googe Cloud and then when a user opens the same application on his **tablet** he can see the same notes, edit them, add new ones etc..
