We need a small Android mobile base application that can capture following data: 1. Verify login & connectivity through GPRS / Wifi with central server 2. Capture pohtos 3. Link captured photo with already stored / newly created data 4. Capture data through 10 input fields classified under 3 tabs. 5. Store data on mobile device & also send to central web server through web services 6. Work in offline mode also.
