Android application which allow users to upload pictures

My project is: 1- An android frame application. Where the application shows a picture on the full screen (fit the picture to match the screen is a plus.) There should be a black background if the picture doesn’t match the screen. 2- Give the user the ability to change settings, the time between switching pictures. 3- Give the user the ability to add more pictures, read pictures from a folder. You are free to implement this any way you choose. 4- The ability to switch between pictures before the timer expires, by finger (if you cannot do that then provide a button.)
