Developer need for new Android utility app

Dear software development enthuasist, thank you for considering to work with us! :-) Whom are we looking for? For the development of an Android app we are looking for an organized software developer, who takes pride in their work. He/she should be able to strike the proper balance between adhering to the given specification and raising criticism, if appropriate. We'd like him/her to be part consultant, so to speak. He/she should have a systematic approach to software development, as we are the same way. What is the app supposed to do? It is going to be a utility app, which is mainly concerned with the file system. A certain degree of network functionality will be necessary for advertisement, bug reports and the like. The UI should eventually be neat, pleasant to look at and efficient, but as this is a utility app we won't have to reinvent the wheel graphically. UI/graphics design experience nevertheless is a plus. What else? An implementation, that can later be easily be ported to other major mobile operating systems (e.g. in HTML5 or other mobile development platform) is prefered, but not mandatory. The work could start right away, but a few days of delay would be acceptable. Work should be finished within roughly two weeks. Detailed specifications on the functionality, which we'll discuss before starting to implement, will be provided. We are looking for long term partners to work with, as this is only the first of a range of projects, we are planning to implement. How to apply?
