Advance Java Games additons

There two games on which we need small additions:- Chess game: ----------------- We have build the web based Chess Game in Java. Its a multiplayer game. The game application coding is done in Java [login to view URL] multi player game communication part is done using Java socket programming and multithreading is used. The Game is working fine but now I want to add Watch game functionality in this game. We are able to transfer all the moves to all clients connected but in watch game we are not able to synchronize all the previous moves and timer which is played by players. We need someone to this for us. Scrabble game: ------------------- We have build the Scrabble game in [login to view URL] multi player game communication part is done using Java socket programming and multithreading is [login to view URL] is designed in swing. The game works fine for two player. But we want to add an option to organize a new game. In which a user(Player) can organize a new Game for 2,3 or 4 player and also can select the timer option of 2,3,5,10 [login to view URL] need someone to this for us. Please let me know if you can do this and all also mention the timeline and cost as it is very important for us.
