We are seeking to develop a bulk SMS web site where customers can register, login, pay and start sending SMS to multiple contacts. The following are the functions required. 1. Member registration/sign up 2. Login 3. Home page displaying a dashboard of user’s last 10 SMS sent, credit balance and announcement message 4. Contact management – add/modify/delete contacts and groups, contact uploads via excel 5. Compose SMS message 6. Schedule SMS to be sent at a later time 7. Member administration – update profile, add users 8. Purchase credit via Paypal, VISA, MasterCard The website will need to be built using the following technologies. 1. Java Spring 2. MVC or Wicket 3. Hibernate 4. MySQL And the following technical criterias. 1. SEO 2. Secure and protected website from hackers 3. Good coding practice for ease of maintenance General website layout will be provided but selected vendor is required to design a user friendly and professionally looking website.
