Blackberry or Java MIDP Coder

I need a developer who can develop a Blackberry Applicaton or Java MIDP which can be convertable to COD executable for BB App for OS 5 and 6 including trackpad and touchscreens. 1) Call XML Web Service, parse information from XML and display (parent-child view)(3 different modules in same way) 2)Same with 1 including a subview for showing the coordinates on MAP. 3) Get the current GPS Coordinates of user, Get a user input of text and invoke camera an take pictures. Consoliadte all information in email and send it to a predefined address. 4)Download a pdf app regularly with a webservice view it in app and also it must be viewable from documents. 5)if it is possible add push data service.
