Convert XML files to CSV using JAVA

Data contained in XML format have to be converted to flat file (CSV). I am interested in a subset if the information contained in the XML file, details of which are in the attachments.
They program has to be written in JAVA, with documentation and source code, so others can maintain it.
The .exe will recursively process all files with .XML extension in the current folder and the single output file [login to view URL] is also written in the current folder.
A sample source file <[login to view URL]> is attached.
Also attached is the expectedoutput file <[login to view URL]>, which contains the first three processed records.
