Content Based Apps for 3 Platforms

I'm part of a web design firm and we've been approached by one of our clients to create mobile applications for them. They want to expand their brand across the Blackberry (both 4.5 and 5.0), iPhone and Android. They're looking for native applications. This will be a content based app which will reproduce their website content formatted for mobile. Their content is split into 6 sections and all they're looking for is to have the full content displayed inside the app. Specs: - App displays a header with the title of the section - Below is a horizontal menu with all the sections listed - Below that is a list of the articles including the title, a thumbnail image and the published date - When you click on an article it takes them to a page which displays the content of the article (including both support for photos and for Youtube Videos) - In the header, we'll also need a back button to get back to the article list from a specific article - The website content will be provided through RSS feeds. We're looking for the header and navigation to be created using native languages (Java or objective C for iPhone, BB and Android respectively). For the content area (article and article list) we're looking to use web view (HTML, CSS, Javascript) components. We also can produce some initial mock-ups if necessary and do any required design work. If this project goes well, there will also be opportunities for future projects. If you're interested in the project, please provide a rough estimate for each platform including both hours spent and hourly cost. We're open to hiring separate developers for each platform but ideally we'd like to only have to deal with one shop/mobile developer for the entire project. Thanks
