CIS - Input

I am developing a Windows application, using java. It is an application that allows the use to record entries (Text) or use entries in tan embedded DB and use it like google's autocomplete. As for standalone app, it is working, I need help for the next step of the program, where I bring up all the function to OS level (Windows), like the program function interact with any text field over the OS (Windowns explorer, MS word, MS Excel, Outlok, etc). If more details needed, I will provide it the best way I can. Thank you
