I need a windows based desktop application that can read data from [login to view URL] and write to a local CSV file or a local MySQL database. Preferred languages are C/C++/Visual C++/Java/Python. Data is located for download from [login to view URL] For example, on that URL, there is a button that links to the file Consumer_Complaints.csv.
