I need a GUI software/tool on Java, which can convert database to ontology and ontology to database. There are lots of tools and frameworks are available for this. But I need my own tool to do this task.

The things should be include in the project:

1. Survey of all predefined tools and framework

2. Find out Deficiency in those tools

3. Design new tools with removal of those deficiency in tools.

I need its complete documentation, manual and plagiarism free software.

Instructions to the developer:

The system is an application with two options:

1- the input is an OWL file and system should be able to save the data in a database.

2- the input is a database and the output should be a OWL file.
