i wrote a code to work for traffic control based on prediction of a cross road. i randomly gave the lanes (4 of them) loads. then allow the traffic lights to run based on the load comparison in descending order. i let them run for like 10 times based on the afore-mentioned comparison . after the tenth time,i will predict the amount of loads on each lanes again and then do my comparisons again then run the lights for 10 times . thats how it goes over and over. i have written all codes to perform all the functions but i have a problem with my swing timer only. the swing timer does not end before another one starts. i need someone to fix it for me. find attached the codes withtin.
