developing a tradebot - open to bidding

I am leading a "startup" company developing a derivatives exchange with bitcoin/cryptocurrencies. A very important part that I need to develop is a (arbitrage)tradebot. As I am currently in Spain, I would prefer to do this with somebody in this area. You seem to be very qualified. I dont know if you feel like doing this kind of coding. Please let me know. The work would be connecting through their API's with various exchanges and arbitrage trade between them. (buy sell at same time and make small profit...to say it in most simple way...). As we are developing own exchange, this tradebot will also be used to provide liquidity on our own exchange based on prices on other exchanges. Though first objective is simply make profitable tradebot. (which is possible as currently I earn money manually...doing arbitrage...). Are you interested and if so what is your availability. I prefer somebody close to me, as we might need to meet personally, as it will greatly help with communication, explaining what and how should work. Further NDA is extremely important. And I might not feel good about hiring some India developer. i would rather enter in discussion before taking job...
