Custom Web Flash Player

I need a flash player made with some changes done to it. 1] I want a preview image with a play button. example: [login to view URL] (look at the player in on this page) 2] [IMPORTANT] When you click the play button, i want the a new window to pop up & also play the video at the same time. Make sure the the window pops only 1 time every 24 hours for the user. Message me and i can show you an example of this. 3] Make sure i can skip to any part of the video. 4] Show how much of the video is being loaded. 5] Need volume control, play button & full screen button. 6] Make sure to show buffering if there is any. PS: if you have done other players in the past please make sure to show me.
