I need a very simple and clear javascript function that accepts 4 parameters( interestRate, numberOfPayments, paymentAmount, loanAmount ) and returns a number with 3 decimal places(ex: 3.875). The code should be well commented with well thought out variable names. No globals, 2 space indents(no tabs!), standard best practices, and unit tests would be great although not required.
