Create a PhoneGap app - must be an expert in PhoneGap

I need a Quran app that needs to be built in PhoneGap so that we can port the app to multiple platforms. In the app, user can select a Surah, then Ayah, then Juz and then reciter, just like on this site: [login to view URL] Please check [login to view URL] and see how it works. I had already given this to a developer, but he failed to provide after wasting my 4-5 days. So, I will not assign to anyone unless you can show me a demo. So, I will provide you design for only tow screens and you will create a prototype for only Surah Fatiha and if you are successful, I will award you and create milestone.
