Customize Telerik RadComboBox To Be a User Friendly Multi Select Load On Demand

This project is to customize the Telerik RadComboBox to have user friendly multi select abilities. Here are the requirements: - Must use jQuery in combination with javascript - Must use the web service load on demand mode - Add checkboxes to all elements in the list dynamically through javascript, as it is not possible to configure a template for the web service load on demand mode. - Change the display box to a smart multi element box that will hold each selection within its own frame with an icon to delete (this is the same type of box as that freelancer project creation uses that is labeled "enter some skills that relate to the project") - Must allow for databinding of multi selected data items - Must be able to read out the values on post back - Must clearly document all the changes and customization that are made This code must be written cleanly, the code must be obvious and easy to maintain. The code must use high performance and use best practice techniques to complete the project. The work must be done in Visual Studio and be delivered in a Web Application project.
