We need a matlab function that returns a random location (lat/long) when given a US zipcode. The function should: 1. use google earth / maps. 2. be run from the matlab environment. 3. input a zipcode, and a number N which states how many coordinates to return. 4. return N random locations drawn from a uniform distribution within the zipcode. Each location is a coordinate in lat/long. 5. Parks/Recreation areas and Water body areas should not be included. See both options in google earth - layers - 'more'.
