Convert a photoshop design to working Wordpress blog

The purpose of this project is to convert a template which I have bought from templatesmonster into a working website using Wordpress. The template I will be using can be see at [login to view URL] You don't have to buy the template, I have already bought it and will give you the source. You also don't need to design a new logo, you can use the logo the template comes with. Here some more specific requirements for the site: 1. There will be a common header menu across the site (as in the template, but we also need a search feature in the header). 2. Each page also contains a splash page just under the header (see template), this will change for each type of page. If this means I have to hard code in the content of the page then that is fine with me. 3. Some pages (e.g. Blog), need to have a splash image as in (2) and then maybe a little bit of static content, followed by a list of blog entries. 4. All pages except the front page have a navigation pane on the left hand side, and a contact us form on the right hand side (with captcha support). 5. All articles and blog entries allow comments, however users need to register before they can comment. The whole purpose of the site to provide details of the products and services of the company, a corporate blog, an area for forums and an about us/contact us page. All these pages need to have the same overall design though (i.e. top menu bar, splash images and then page specific content). Also as mentioned some pages need to have both left navigation bars (can contain lists of articles, or blog entries) and a right hand area for a contact us form. When bidding please provide some samples of wordpress based blogs you have completed, if you have converted any from PSD template to blogs then please also provide a link to the original template so can see the quality of your work.
